Flat pricing within a 30km radius of our base. Beyond that, travel is $5/km — capped at $200, and always quoted upfront so there are no surprises.

What does the booth look like?
A vintage-camera-style video booth — warm, inviting, and unmistakably analog. For a real look at it in action, please refer to our Gallery or our Instagram @thee.ventclub.
How do guests use it — is it awkward?
Not at all. Guests walk up, pick up the receiver, and leave a message. Hang up, and your message is recorded and stays with us forever. Signage explains everything, and a professional staff member will be there to assist.
What's the video quality?
We record in crisp, high-quality video with an external microphone, so every message comes through sharp and clearly audible — not tinny phone audio.
Who owns the footage?
You get a full copy of both the raw clips and the edited highlight video. We retain rights to the footage and may use short, anonymized clips in marketing unless you opt out in the contract. Guests can always decline recording — signage at the booth makes that clear.
